Jungfrau Winter Sports Weekend
Have you ever heard of Winter Wonderland?
Join us for the 5th edition of the Jungfrau Winter Sports Weekend at the charming Mountain Hostel in Gimmelwald, in the gorgeous Lauterbrunnen valley. A tremendous place with the most beautiful views of the Bernese Oberland 4000ers.
We all meet at the Mountain Hostel in Gimmelwald on Friday evening for a fun, social and active weekend in the Jungfrau region!
The hostel is located within the Jungfrau ski resort. Two valleys, three mountain ranges and 211 kilometres of perfectly prepared pistes. The winter paradise with the backdrop of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau offers skiers and snowboarders everything their hearts desire: gentle slopes, steep drops, snow and fun parks, racing tracks and powder parties. Mürren-Schilthorn area, where the hostel is, has a lot of pleasure runs and steep slopes for skiers, adrenaline rushes for snowboarders and magical snow for winter hikers.
We will be all together for breakfasts, dinners, drinks, guitar playing around the campfire, and during the day you're free to do whatever you feel like doing: skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, winter hiking, chilling at the pool or spa in Mürren... There is something for every taste!
Jochem Schut, ski instructor, will be there all weekend for private ski lessons on Saturday or Sunday, for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. Here are the prices for private ski lessons:
- 1-hour lesson: CHF 50 for 1 person or CHF 80 for 2 persons
- 2-hour lesson: CHF 90 for 1 person or CHF 140 for 2 persons
Please contact us once you’ve signed up to book your private lesson slot! You can pay Jo directly with Twint or cash on the day.
